Our teachers and support staff are crucial to the quality of this program. Providing good physical care is just the beginning point in building trusting, secure relationships needed for a child to thrive. Our teachers have been carefully chosen for their warmth and nurturing skills. They are sensitive to the individual and recognize that each child is unique and different from every other child. Our teachers are all background checked and CPR/First Aid certified. Regularly training happens throughout the year including staff meetings, workshops, leadership conferences and training hours.
